摘要: Numerous efforts to understand the functional roles of antibodies demonstrated that they can protect against malaria. However, it is unclear which antibody responses are best correlates immunity, and functions most important in protection from disease. Understanding role malaria crucial for antimalarial vaccine design. In this review, specific properties naturally acquired vaccine-induced correlate blood stages Plasmodium falciparum re-examined gaps knowledge related function malarial immunity highlighted.
