摘要: Existing software engineering and organization development literature acknowledges that there are fundamental operational differences between small large organizations. Despite this recognition, has been no attempt to verify whether organizations implement process improvement (SPI) programs differently in order advance their businesses.This study examines an organization's size affects its SPI implementation strategy the degree of success. Based on extensive review critical factors quality management, organizational learning, SPI, a survey questionnaire was developed data six resulting performance collected through mail 120 The findings show reported they elements as effectively organizations, turn, achieve high performance. main lesson be learned from is at least counterparts, should capitalize relative strengths employee participation exploration new knowledge.
