摘要: Today, many thousands of recombinant proteins, ranging from cytosolic enzymes to membrane-bound have been successfully produced in baculovirus-infected insect cells. Yet, addition its value producing proteins cells and larvae, this viral vector system continues evolve new unexpected ways. This is exemplified by the development engineered cell lines mimic mammalian glycosylation expressed baculovirus display strategies application virus as a mammalian-cell gene delivery vector. Novel design engineering approaches will serve further enhance technology.
