摘要: Abstract A major challenge in the field of gene therapy is development new carrier/delivery systems that lack disadvantages current transfer systems. In past, some time has been spent developing such modified or alternative vectors. candidate represented by virus-like particles (VLPs). It shown recombinant expression structural proteins many viruses leads to formation VLPs.
