摘要: The principles of flow injection analysis (FIA) and sequential (SIA) are described as applied to industrial process monitoring. A brief history is followed by an overview the fundamentals FIA SIA, with emphasis on methods membrane-assisted sample processing approaches. discussion design instruments focuses simplicity, maintainability, software development. Hardware issues affecting autosamplers, fittings, pumps, valves also discussed. Issues method development, quality control, validation examined using specific examples from chlor-alkali phosphate rock industries. operation on-line interfaces then in detail. Applications major areas used – chemical, biotechnology, manufacturing, environmental. Finally, strengths weaknesses delineated prospects for future presented.
