摘要: Automation of the molybdenum blue method by sequential injection (SIA) for on-line monitoring phosphate in natural waters is presented. Although analysis runs at one fifth speed conventional FIA, it presents many advantages such as simplicity manifold, robustness and computer compatibility. A reduction reagent sample consumption also observed. Flow detector fouling does not occur SIA manifolds contact with water between analysis. The proposed analyser able to monitor range 0–70 mg l−1 a standard deviation 0.9%. detection limit 0.5 PO 4 3− .
