摘要: Retention in HIV care is vital to the continuum. The current review aimed synthesize qualitative research identify facilitators and barriers retention interventions. A evidence meta-synthesis utilizing thematic analysis. Prospective registration was made PROSPERO procedures adhered PRISMA guidelines. Nineteen databases were searched conducted with individuals living their caregivers. Quality assessment using CASP certainty of evaluated CERQual. total 4419 citations 11 included final meta-synthesis. Two studies from high-income countries, 3 middle-income 6 low-income countries. eight themes identified as or for intervention: (1) Stigma discrimination, (2) Fear status disclosure, (3) task shifting lay health workers, (4) Human resource institutional challenges, (5) Mobile Health (mHealth), (6) Family friend support, (7) Intensive case management, and, (8) Relationships suggests that interventions workers feasible acceptable. mHealth stigma reduction appear be promising at improving care.
