摘要: This qualitative study assessed psychosocial concerns that rural women with HIV who had multiple vulnerabilities were able to express and communicate during a mobile phone intervention delivered by nurses. The is part of pilot randomised controlled trial an mHealth self-care nurses for living in India. For the trial, 60 receive intervention. All calls recorded call logs maintained. Call 59 based on 1186 scanned themes. Audio recordings 400 rich content then transcribed translated analysis. Themes subthemes identified two independent raters. Majority low literacy more than half widowed. Clinical depression was found 18.6%. Of analysed, 932 record at least one concern 493 concerns. Some major themes discussed included worries about their own children’s future; loneliness; stigma; inadvertent disclosure; death dying; abandonment partner; financial difficulties; body image; poor social support; emotions such as sadness, guilt, anger; need services. Almost all expressed appreciation Findings indicate usefulness mHealth-based interventions hard reach low- middle-income countries, especially those vulnerabilities.
