摘要: The early detection of prostate cancer is a life-saving event in patients harboring potentially aggressive disease. With the development malignancy there dramatic reduction zinc content tissue associated with inability cells to accumulate ion. In current study, we utilized endogenous as diagnostic biomarker for cancer. We employed novel fluorescent sensor mobile (ZPP1) measure concentration thirty-nine patient samples expressed prostatic secretion (EPS) urine. estimated probability classifying subject benign, low-risk, or high-risk functions test results using non-informative prior Bayesian approach. Permutation tests and other non-parametric were also used. demonstrated significant trend score disease risk (P = 0.03), lack correlation between PSA. showed that proposed superior PSA detecting Considering stratification represents an important unmet need, our method should advance field diagnostics treatment planning.
