摘要: Romantic relationships in workplaces have remained unexplored from the lovers’ perspective even though research on love, partner selection, and workplace romances is relatively extensive. The purpose of this study to contribute an analysis selection among colleagues, student teachers were selected as interesting target group because special nature teachers’ work. Two questions set for study: how do teacher-couples start their relationship what factors explain them according perceptions experiences? was describe opinions why teacher-marriages are so common, love begins, combines teachers. data collected form essays through email that addressed members Finnish organizations colleges education. Altogether 32 replies received. analyzed with a theory-based approach by categorizing answers into six pre-determined categories. find out corresponded select types selection.
