摘要: A survey of the literature shows that organic and inorganic compounds 53 metals have been assayed for genotoxic effects in vitro vivo. It is found there are great variations response obtained with different test systems a wide range positive at least one short-term tests. Some variation observed could be due to differences uptake mechanisms. This effect plus quantity quality data prevents any direct comparison activity vivo potency various metallic species.
