摘要: Abstract Cracks of A-type frame a mining dump truck have occurred before exceeding structural fatigue design life. In order to accurately predict location cracks and life this component find the reasons, analysis method combined with experiment simulation is presented. Compared tested peak stress simulated maximum under full loadings, difference acceptable so that accuracy finite element model guaranteed. The rigid flexible hybrid whole built get situation based on modal recovery method, taking body into account. acceleration, vertical acceleration seat acceptable, which ensures validity truck. According linear Palmgren–Miner hypothesis S–N curve, assessed. results show predicted well accordance practical situation. To extend frame, modified structure presented in paper.
