摘要: This thesis explores the circumstances under which issue linkage can be applied to achieve cooperation on international environmental problems in general and European Union particular. A major topic this is development analysis of cooperative non-cooperative game theoretical methods that include imperfectly reversed interests. The relevance models shown context EU decision making.
