摘要: Human papillomaviruses (HPVs) contribute to the development of almost all cervical cancers, a common and often fatal human disease. The mechanisms by which HPVs function in malignant progression appear be related activity two viral oncoproteins, E6 E7, form complexes with several cell proteins normally involved controlling growth. Of particular interest has been association p53 E7 Rb, both products tumor suppressor genes. Expression is likely overcome regulation proliferation mediated like allowing uncontrolled growth providing potential for transformation. These activities support importance maintenance normal provide novel approaches understanding they function.
