摘要: Human papillomaviruses (HPVs) are small DNA tumour viruses that present in more than 99% of all cervical cancers. The ability these to cause disease is partly attributed the strict coordination viral gene expression with differentiation stage infected cell. HPV regulated temporally at level RNA splicing and polyadenylation, a dysregulated programme allows some types establish long-term persistence, which risk factor for cancer. In this Review, we summarize role polyadenylation regulation discuss cellular factors control processes.
