摘要: The United Nation is achieving its sustainable development objectives by focusing on the greener technologies for waste to energy (WTE) conversion. This necessitates exploration of every conceivable route in different sectors. Among these, bio-economy, electricity, and management are most dynamic areas. However, till now sustainability judgments generation electricity from waste-to-energy supply chain (WTE-SC) have been restricted scale with respect three-dimensional structure (social, environmental, economic). In cases, assessments were controlled various environmental factors/indicators, via overlooking economic social indicators. this review, we tried summarize a variety state-of-the-art WTE including biological thermal treatment, landfill gas utilization biorefineries etc. These can be implemented policy makers agencies deal communities fear before spreading executing relevant rules regulations. implementation these regulations WTE-SC scheduled decide barriers challenges perspective finance, institution, technology, regulation.
