摘要: tatement of Problem To restore posterior teeth using low-shrinkage composite to minimize microleakage. Purpose To compare the fracture resistance mesio-occlusal-distal (MOD) cavity preparations restored with either or dimethacrylate-based in conjunction liners and without them. The null hypothesis study is that there are no differences mode between silorane group dimethacrylate groups use liners. Method Materials Sixty maxillary premolars were divided into six 10. MOD cavities prepared four groups: F: (FiltekTM P60); GF: 0.5-mm Glass Ionomer (Fuji LC) + posterior composite; FF: flowable Supreme XT) + posterior S: P90). Negative (N) positive (P) control consisted unrestored sound teeth, respectively. The specimens thermocycled loaded. Data analyzed analysis variance, Tukey, chi-square tests (α = 0.05). Results Groups FF (1643.09 ± 187/80 N) GF (1596.80 ± 163/93 (p = 0.06 > 0.05) statistically identical, although less than P (1742/33 ± 110/08 N), but still demonstrated greater other groups. S (1434/69 ± 107/62 was identical (p = 0.06 > 0.05). F (1353/19 ± 233/90 FF, (p = 0.87 > 0.05). Conclusion Silorane-based showed a similar methacrylate-based restorations regardless whether used. Clinical Significance The findings this support selection silorane-based for restoration standardized Class II order strengthen same extent as do composites them.
