摘要: Abstract Photoluminescence and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy studies of Mn 2+ doped ZnS nanocrystals in inorganic–organic hybrid coatings prepared by a sol–gel process are presented. A 25-fold enhancement photoluminescence was observed after UV irradiation for 6 h an ambient atmosphere. results indicate chemical shift binding energy from to ZnSO 4 irradiation. diffraction show decrease nanocrystal size during The cause these phenomena discussed based on photochemical reaction surface.
