摘要: A simple method for preparation of yeast and plant protoplasts immobilized in alginate gel beads was developed. Yeast cells were first strontium then treated with protoplast isolation enzyme so that the are formed inside beads. In case cells, degassing treatment necessary order to facilitate penetration into cell aggregates. mixture sodium solution dropped SrCl2 containing enzymes. Thus solidification proceeded simultaneously. With these methods, required time shorter while viability higher than when conventional is used.
