摘要: Deinstitutionalisation has not only made the social inclusion of clients a key objective in long-term mental healthcare, it may also affect role care professional. This article investigates whether clashes with other long-standing professional values, specifically when give gifts to professionals. In making typology gifts, we compare literature on gift-giving codes for and relate both clients. Our draws an analysis ethnographic fieldwork carried out 2007/2008 at Dutch healthcare centre.
