摘要: This paper describes two functionally different T cell populations that mediate delayed-type hypersensitivity (DTH) reactions in contact-sensitized mice. Both of these cells are Ly-1+, Qa-2-, and Vicia villosa lectin nonadherent. One subpopulations is responsible for the classical 24- to 48-hr component DTH reactions, induced 3 4 days after immunization, H-2 restricted, sensitive irradiation antigen-specific cell-derived suppressor factors, found nylon wool-nonadherent as well wool-adherent populations. In contrast, population responsible, via an factor, a recently described early DTH, which obligatory initial step expression within 24 hr requires much less antigen not nor exclusively fraction. These results support new formulation DTH. According this formulation, Ly-1+ produce antigen-specific, tissue-sensitizing, mast cell-activating factor induce first local challenge induces increased vascular permeability. required opening gaps between endothelial due factor-dependent release vasoactive amine serotonin from such cells. allows second, H-2-restricted, enter reaction site, then be triggered by lymphokines attract subsequent influx blood-borne, bone marrow-derived leukocytes constitute delayed-in-time reactions.
