摘要: This study reports the performance of breast tomosynthesis (3D images) combined with digital mammography (2D images), compared to alone, as a function experience radiologist. In this trial, twelve readers analyzed 316 image sets, giving BIRADS (and other) scores first for mammograms, and subsequently datasets mammograms. Clinical was measured using two metrics: area under ROC curve (AUROC) recall rate, level. The found that all radiologists AUROC improved when 3D+2D 2D, no correlation level, increasing by 0.077 ± 0.058 (mean 1 standard deviation) 5 least experienced 0.078 0.029 most experienced. Similarly, use 2D imaging showed mean decrease in rate 39.2% 39.6% experienced, again summary, range demonstrated combination (3D+2D), reduction metrics.
