摘要: The next generation of bridge management systems has to use powerful reliability, optimization, and life-cycle engineering tools predict the performance bridges costs associated with interventions including both agency user costs, find optimal lifetime strategy based on benefit/cost methodologies, implement this at network project levels, update as more information becomes available. This paper describes those portions current effort which have direct bearing prediction from viewpoint a reliability approach integration whole life costing reliability.
