摘要: In this research, the results for biocellulose production by Acetobacter xylinus in mixed culture medium were reported. Biocellulose was determined utilizing different feedstocks of single sugars and sugar mixtures which applied according to certain glucose fructose ratio.Data pH changes the from every thoroughly analyzed. In experiment,it ensured that all samples had initial temperature 30oC 5.5 respectively. The kept constant throughout whole experiment while changed value taken as final at end sample. The highest using 1:9 ratio 1.57g/L.The values recorded range 4.0–5.5.The lowest 4.56 contained a carbon source glucose, most converted into gluconic acid lead 0.69g/l.In contrast, 5.3 higher 0.9g/l.Analyzing profiles with concentration showed preferable be rather than synthesize.Besides,it also rate only consist proved enhancing applicable. Results reported study demonstrated can enhanced sources mixture suitable ratio. This not represented would renewable cellulose future, but might major improvements if proper supplements control utilized fermentation process.
