摘要: This study describes the structure of N-linked oligosaccharide chains bile-salt-dependent lipase isolated from pancreatic juice a normal donor. After hydrazinolysis, neutral sugar were separated acidic by paper electrophoresis and fractionated using serial column chromatography with immobilized lectins Bio-Gel P-4 filtration. Structural analysis was performed means sequential glycosidase digestion revealed that are mainly biantennary complex type. Fucose residues identified for some trimannosyl core structures alpha(1-6) or alpha(1-2) linked to innermost GlcNAc residue terminal Gal residue, respectively. Sialyl also involved in structures. Most these have no linear N-acetyllactosamine repeats. Evidence several approaches suggests human possess blood-group-related antigenic determinant.
