摘要: This paper presents results from experimental study on microstructural and mechanical properties of geopolymer-based foam filters. The process for making porous ceramic-like geopolymer body was experimentally established, consists (a) paste synthesis, (b) ceramic filler incorporation, (c) coating open-celled polyurethane with mixture, (d) rapid setting procedure, (e) thermal treatment. Geopolymer based potassium silicate solution n(SiO2)/n(K2O)=1.6 powder mixture calcined kaolin precipitated silica. Various types granular (alumina, schistous clay cordierite) were tested in relation to aggregate gradation design particle size distribution. small amplitude oscillatory rheometry strain controlled regime 0.01% angular frequency 10 rad/s applied determination rheology behavior prepared mixtures. Thermal treatment conditions the temperature range 1100 – 1300 °C. developed effectively served as a substrate highly active nanoparticles selected Fe+2 spinels. Such new-type nanocomposite heterogeneous catalyst technological advanced oxidative degradation resistive antibiotics occurring waste waters.
