摘要: The operation of water reactor nuclear power plants provides a significant fraction the world's electric generation. At end 1992, approximately 360 such were in operation, representing total generating capacity 320 GWe. As these age, and as new designs evolve, impact environmental degradation materials on reliability economics is receiving increasing recognition. Sixth International Symposium Environmental Degradation Materials Nuclear Power Systems-Water Reactors was organized to provide forum for exchange results research plant operating experience associated with material degradation.
