摘要: Isolated dog kidneys were perfused with blood at normal and reduced oxygen tensions without cobalt. Erythropoietin titers found to be significantly increased in the perfusates from lowered tensions, while no change erythropoietin was seen when a tension. Cobalt produced significant increases levels as well tension blood, but its effect more marked hypoxic blood. Renal flows higher dogs’ own lungs used oxygenate than bubble oxygenator system. However, resulted production both systems. In studies of kidney histology perfusion systems most demonstrated varying degrees glomerular congestion. No correlation between elaboration renal congestion or other degenerative cellular changes kidney. Therefore, it does not seem likely that isolated is due histologic damage cells.
