摘要: [Purpose] The distribution of force on the foot changes in rheumatoid arthritis (RA) patients to compensate for pain. [Subjects] We recruited with an RA diagnosis. Subjects were grouped according primary symptomatic area, presence forefoot pain (F group: n = 29) and hindfoot (H 25). [Methods] Disease duration, degree number joint erosions recorded. Spatiotemporal parameters measured using a gait analysis system. In addition, plantar pressure (pressure time integral (PTI) average velocity center (COP) (VCOPave)) platform. [Results] There no significant differences between two groups terms disease spatiotemporal variable values, exception stride length. PTI F group was significantly higher 1st ∼ 4th metatarsal area lower midfoot. VCOPave faster midfoot slower compared H group. [Conclusion] or increases even context decreased COP velocity.
