摘要: In this paper, a highly selective molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) for tramadol hydrochloride, drug used to treat moderate severe pain, was prepared and its use as solid-phase extraction (SPE) sorbent demonstrated. The procedure followed by high performance liquid chromatography with ultraviolet detector (MISPE-HPLC) developed determination of in human plasma urine. optimal conditions (MISPE) consisted conditioning 1 mL methanol deionized water at neutral pH, loading sample (50 µg L−1) pH 7.5, washing using acetone elution 3 × 10% (v/v) acetic acid methanol. MIP selectivity evaluated checking several substances similar molecular structures that tramadol. Results from the HPLC analyses showed calibration curve (using urine) is linear ranges 6–100 3–120 L−1 good precisions (1.9% 2.9% 5.0 L−1), respectively. recoveries urine samples were higher than 81%.
