摘要: ABSTRACT: To identify the cellular source of inhibin in malegolden hamster, we have used complementary approaches, immu-nohistochemistry and enzyme-linked immunosorbentassay(ELISA).Strong positive staining subunit was observed inboththe Sertoli Leydig cells testes. No specific wasobserved for A subunit, whereas theinhibin B strongly cells. Inhibinpro- C were detected peripheral plasma, tes-ticular homogenate also contained large amounts pro- Cand B. However, not either periph-eral plasma or testicular homogenate. Plasma concentrations ofinhibin significantly (P .001) decreased24 hours after orchidectomy. These results suggest that theLeydig are main dimeric hamster.Key words: Inhibin B, C, cells, cells, testis.J Androl 2001;22:207–211
