摘要: Abstract Amorphous ribbons of compositions (Ni 56 Cu 2 )Zr 18 Ti 13 Al 6 Si 5 and 36 23 14 4 were consolidated by high pressure torsion (HPT) at room temperature. In the HPT experiments a 6 GPa two turns applied. Samples in form discs, 6–7 times thicker than about 10 mm diameter achieved. The minimal deformation for homogenous consolidation was estimated to be range 400%. XRD showed that microstructure dependent on composition. sample with content remained amorphous while low revealed some crystallization. DSC allowed comparison glass transition temperature T g crystallization process ribbon which different. composition decreased. For both alloys nanohardness elastic modules decrease cold samples ribbons.
