摘要: Sugarcane mosaic virus (SCMV) is one of the devastating diseases maize in world. Understanding genetic resistance gene(s) basis for effective selection breeding program. In this study, analyses were conducted to determine line Siyi with tropic germplasm conferring complete SCMV. Based on responses parents and F1, F2 backcross populations three successive years’ field trails, two dominant complementary genes, found condition by Mendelian analysis. The genes mapped chromosome 3 6, respectively using microsatellite markers. gene (bin 3.04/05) was flanked simple sequence repeat markers umc1527 phi053 distances 1.8 2.1 cM, respectively; whereas between flanking umc2311 bnlg1371 6 6.00/01) 2.1 1.5 cM, respectively. Genotypic analysis plants from F3 also validated unique model. For further confirming interaction a set near isogenic lines (NILs) carrying different number developed, genotypic NILs clearly show that cooperatively control SCMV maize.
