摘要: Abstract The goal of radiotherapy is to destroy a tumour in the patient's body by means radiation. At same time, healthy tissue be damaged as little possible. In mathematical terms this means: certain parts minimal doses - necessary cancerous must achieved; other maximum should not exceeded preserve organs like liver, spinal cord, etc. If we minimize total time irradiation, taking into account these constraints, find an optimal solution treatment problem. dose depends on number parameters. By fixing some them and determining remaining ones so satisfy constraints given advance, model for radiation-treatment planning obtained. It discretized reduced practical form. result discretization process mixed-integer problem or with nonlinear constraint. implementation optimizing system described. An example demonstrates application kidney tumour.
