摘要: Renal ischaemia is now well recognised as a cause of hypertension and frequently secondary to renal artery stenosis. During the last six years small number such patients have been who present many features primary hyperaldosteronism without having suprarenal disorder (Gowenlock Wrong, 1962; Goldberg McCurdy, 1963; Itskovitz, Hildreth, Sellers Blakemore, 1963). We here further case with bilateral stenosis in whom electrolyte abnormalities did not recur following medical treatment hypertension. A female welfare worker aged 49 first attended hospital July, 1962, complaining tiredness, anorexia, weakness legs, dyspnoea on exertion loss 1½ stones weight. These symptoms had for only few months.
