Diffuse Lewy body disease with immediate post-partum onset

摘要: A previously healthy 27 years-old woman developed psychotic depression and parkinsonism shortly after delivery of her first child. Her neuropsychiatric symptoms progressed to dementia she died 5 years onset. Diffuse Lewy body disease was found at autopsy. This case is unusual because the early age onset abrupt development following pregnancy.
