摘要: Alzheimer's neurofibrillary tangles, Lewy bodies and chromatolytic neurons were found in the brain at autopsy of a 28-year-old male with pyramidal extrapyramidal signs, severe dementia 7-year duration prior to his death. Review histological material showed generalized changes involving both cortical subcortical structures. These characterized by presence neurons. Neuritic plaques not found. There was also loss gliosis prefrontal cortex, hippocampus, amygdaloid nucleus, basal ganglia, midbrain pons. spongiform due Myelin stain pallor myelin long tracts regions. The tangles mostly composed paired helical filaments (PHF). PHF immunostained polyclonal monoclonal antibodies microtubule-associated protein tau. Some immunolabelled PHF. To best our knowledge it is first reported case young adult-form extensive formation bodies.
