摘要: The Lewy body, a histological hallmark of Parkinson's disease, is filamentous inclusion residing most prominently in pigmented neurons the brainstem. Immunocytochemical reactions bodies were examined with antisera to several proteins nervous system and positive found those against neurofilaments. An abnormal organization neuronal cytoskeleton may be pathological feature disease.
