摘要: The ability to predict diffusion coefficients is important in the design, analysis, and operation of plasmid downstream processing operations such as membrane fixed-bed chromatography. A correlation proposed coefficient, D, supercoiled DNA molecules dilute solutions on basis molecular weight, M, or size. Experimental data (18 points) collected from literature confirmed variation D with weight D ∝ M−2/3, for within 1,800–287,100 base-pair range. was able estimate available experimental results an average error 6.3%.
