摘要: We report a patient with unexpected intraoperative diagnosis of big leiomyoma the distal esophagus found during laparoscopic repair typ III hiatal hernia complicated by Cameron ulcer and chronic anaemia. Laparoscopic transhiatal enucleation tumour was performed closure myotomy, Nissen fundoplication, crural repair. Briefly, literature is reviewed special regard to different therapeutic strategies.
