Bibliometric mapping on sustainable development at the base-of-the-pyramid

摘要: Abstract Base-of-the-Pyramid (BoP) is a sustainable proposition that calls on private businesses to alleviate public poverty while fulfilling their own interests. Previous studies show the significance of BoP in advancement Sustainable Development Goals. Particularly, manner cooperating with people at bottom socio-economic pyramid, multinational enterprises can and thus promoting development regions. However, general state trend development-related domain are not clear; popular keywords theoretical orientations have yet been determined. This study aims address these issues by analyzing 273 high-impact articles related field from Web Science database between 2002 2018. A mixed review method adopted, which combines quantitative bibliometric analysis qualitative content analysis. The results an increasing number emerging domain, particularly concerning social economic sustainability developing countries (or regions). Four identified, namely subsistence market, solution, corporate responsibility inclusive business. contributes deeper understanding research area same time for continuing scholarly exploration.
