摘要: Technical advances in magnetic resonance imaging have allowed to accurately detect and grade endolymphatic space distension Meniere disease; this was only possible post-mortem histological studies until a few years ago. Magnetic rules out other causes of vertigo hearing loss, is able evaluate the cochlear vestibular compartments using dedicated protocol.
