摘要: Abstract The MRI evaluation of endolymphatic hydrops currently relies on inversion recovery sequences. Signal intensity such sequences depends the Inversion Time (TI) parameter. Here, we assessed compartment variation with two 3D-FLAIR sequences, closely similar except for TI (2300 and 2400 ms), in healthy volunteers patients. We found that semi-quantitative method grading was highly dependent TI, contrasting recently proposed saccular-based hydrops.
