摘要: In the Orient people including Japanese, have traditionally consumed products of fermented soy bean such as miso or sauce sake in their daily life part a meal flavor. However, there been almost no scientific evaluation biological effect for human health up to now. This study was designed examine whether occurrence spontaneous radiation induced liver tumors mice could be influenced by administration diet. Either intact male C3H/HeN neutron irradiated B6C3F1 both sexes were fed with 10% containing diet 13 months. mice, and diets significantly reduced frequency multiplicity tumors. feeding decreased male, but not female mice. Although already reports anti-mutagenic anti-tumorigenic products, inhibitory effects dietary mouse tumorigenesis obtained present may caused multi-factorial mechanisms accommodation immunologic hormonal status body.
