摘要: The present study was designed to investigate the effects of dietary miso and NaCl supplementation on development aberrant crypt foci (ACF) induced by azoxymethane (AOM) in male F344 rats. A total 76 rats, six weeks age, were divided into seven groups given weekly subcutaneous injections AOM (15 mg/kg body wt) for three induce ACF. animals placed diets one week before first dosing. Group 1 fed a normal diet as control. Groups 2-4 containing 5%, 10%, 20% miso, respectively, 5 6 2.2% 4.4% NaCl, five weeks. 7 without carcinogen exposure.
