摘要: Cone-shaped pores as well cylindrical with tapered ends of various geometrical forms were produced via one-side etching latent ion tracks in thin polymer foils by applying a hydrostatically controlled, neutralizing counter solution on the membrane side opposite to etchant. The sizes and shapes depend specific composition hydrostatic pressure solution, time etching. Metal replication such provides two-dimensional arrays sharp whiskers that may serve electron emitters, being interest for applications electronics.
