摘要: It is known that the adhesive and anisotropic properties of cell-derived biomaterials are affected by micro- or nanoscale structures processed on culture surfaces. In present study, femtosecond laser processing technique was used to scan a beam at an intensity approximately ablation threshold level titanium surface for processing. Microscopy observation revealed exhibited periodic-patterned groove structure surface; width depth were 292 ±50 99 ±31 nm, respectively, periodic pitch 501 ±100 nm. Human synovium-derived mesenchymal stem cells cultured cell density 3.0×103 cells/cm2 after 4 passages. For comparison, also nonprocessed under condition identical surface. Results duration attachment markedly reduced as compared with titanium. Moreover, titanium, extension area significantly increased while orientation aligned along direction grooves. These results suggest improves producing nanoperiodic
