摘要: A monolithic over current detector for motor drive application in high voltage technology is here presented. The goal of the IC detection different types faults which can affect a triphase inverter used drives applications. condition detected sensing shunt resistor put on DC+ bus and communicated to DSP using an open drain output pin. proposed represents integrated inexpensive solution, has very simple structure be with up 600 V. circuit self-supplied exploits possibility easily regulate threshold detection. designed most significant simulations are reported. been diffused test chip: measurements demonstrates validity solution.
