摘要: Plants generally produce secondary metabolites in nature as a defense mechanism against pathogenic and insect attack. In this study, we applied several abiotic elicitors order to enhance growth ginseng saponin biosynthesis the hairy roots of Panax ginseng. Generally, elicitor treatments were found inhibit roots, although simultaneously enhancing biosynthesis. Tannic acid profoundly inhibited root during period. Also, content was not significantly different from that control. The addition selenium at inoculum time did affect However, when 0.5 mM added an after 21 d culture, productivity increased about 1.31 1.33 times control levels, respectively. 20μM NiSO4 resulted increase productivity, 1.20 1.23 respectively, also roots. Sodium chloride treatment growth, except concentration 0.3% (w/v). Increases amounts synthesized observed all concentrations sodium chloride. At 0.1% (w/v) chloride, approx, 1.15 1.13 values, These results suggest processing for generation culture can be reduced via application elicitor.
