摘要: Objective: To determine the effect on mortality of resuscitation with colloid solutions compared crystalloids. Design: Systematic review randomised controlled trials colloids crystalloids for volume replacement critically ill patients; analysis stratified according to patient type and quality allocation concealment. Subjects: 37 were eligible, which 26 unconfounded (n = 1622). (The 10 that in hypertonic crystalloid isotonic 1422) one trial 38) are described longer version our website www.bmj.com). Main outcome measures: Mortality from all causes at end follow up each trial. Results: Resuscitation was associated an increased absolute risk 4% (95% confidence interval 0% 8%), or four extra deaths every 100 patients resuscitated. The summary measure shifted towards when only adequate concealment included. There no evidence differences among different types injury required fluid resuscitation.
